Optimism Mugwort Tea Tonic Muggles Brew.

Straight out of Hogwarts…meet Mugwort! You may already know this herb thanks to JK Rowling’s incorporation of botany into Harry Potter! Moving past the cauldron and its mystical past, introducing a weed with potential – mugwort! This brew has a subtle spicy flavour, is very mild and soothing. It’s said that mugwort can increase energy, reduce anxiety, clear bad/negative air, provide protection from nasty people (muggles) and even bring you dreams of the future! It’s even believed that Roman soldiers even put mugwort in their sandals to prevent tired feet (long before Birkenstocks), also commonly thought to protect from evil spirits. Don’t like tea? No problem, you can slip your mugwort into your pillow for a ‘dream pillow’ for prophetic dreams. It’s a ‘visionary’ herb that can induce lucid dreaming and open your 3rd eye (believe it or not) or you can even smoke it (not that we encourage smoking)!

Euphoria Fresh Iced Coconut Matcha Latte ‘Slushy’.

This coconut green tea iced latte is a powerhouse drink, it fills you with energy and keeps you satisfied for ages! Matcha is a special type of powdered green tea that is grown and produced in Japan. The matcha green tea leaves are shade-grown for the last few weeks of their growth phase which makes leaves produce more chlorophyll giving the matcha this amazing recognizable green hue. During this phase, the plant produces more L-Theanine – that has a somewhat similar effect in our body as caffeine – minus the nervous energy. After harvesting, leaves are carefully ground to produce a fine powder – Matcha. Matcha is then used to brew an antioxidant-rich frothy green tea. Unlike other types of teas, matcha is not strained out before consuming. You are consuming the entire leaf which makes matcha very potent. Matcha green tea contains a powerful arsenal of vitamins and minerals but also a unique, strong antioxidant. That’s why matcha is known to be one of the worlds powerful superfoods which encourages feelings of euphoria!
